Check your spam or junk folder first. In Gmail, also check the Promotions tab, because that's where these land most often. When you find it, drag it into your main inbox and the rest of the emails will follow it there.

Still nothing after that? The address may have a typo in it. Go back and sign up again with a careful eye, it happens more than you'd think.
