- A computer, laptop, or tablet. Not your phone. You will be downloading files, writing answers, and working in an AI chat. You need a real screen.
- An AI chat account. The system was built and tested on Claude at claude.ai. It has a free version that works for this process. Because of usage limits in AI, you might have to complete over several hours. ChatGPT and Gemini also work, but Claude follows the instructions more precisely and produces the most specific output. You can also use any AI that allows you to upload files.
- Access to Google Docs or Microsoft Word to write your answers as you work through each section.
Plan for 3-4 honest hours of deep reflection and no distractions. Some people take longer. The deeper you go, the more specific what comes back.
