The Morning My Toe Felt Broken (But Wasn’t)

health Oct 02, 2025

The other morning I woke up convinced I’d somehow broken my big toe in my sleep.

I could barely walk on it — sharp, throbbing, tender to the touch. And yet… I knew I hadn’t dropped anything, twisted it, or stubbed it in the middle of the night.

So what was really happening?

It wasn’t a fracture. It was Candida making its presence known.

Why Candida Showed Up

For the past two weeks, I’ve been running what’s called a RIFE Hunt/Kill — a frequency protocol designed to target hidden pathogens.

I want to be clear: I just got the all-clear on my cancer last month. Chemo did its job — it killed the tumor. And I am deeply grateful for that.

But here’s the thing most people aren’t told: while chemo targets cancer cells, it doesn’t eliminate the pathogens that contribute to cancer growth in the first place.

Viruses, bacteria, mycoplasmas, and fungi all disrupt the terrain and create the conditions where something like DLBCL (Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma) can take root.

So even though the cancer is gone, the work continues. Now I’m going after the root contributors — the stealth infections left behind.

Layer by layer, biofilm by biofilm, I’ve been working through:

  • Epstein Barr Virus

  • Cytomegalovirus

  • Mycoplasmas

  • Other hidden pathogens

And now, I’ve reached the fungal layer. No surprise that Candida showed up in my blood, demanding to be dealt with.

Why The Big Pain?

Here’s the deal: when Candida dies off, it doesn’t go quietly. It dumps acids and toxins — including uric acid — right into your system.

And guess where uric acid loves to land?

The joints. Especially the big toe.

That’s why gout pain is so often felt there… and why my toe suddenly felt like I’d broken it overnight.

The good news? This isn’t a setback. It’s proof the work is working. The terrain is shifting. My body is releasing old, hidden junk it could never touch before.

So What Do You Do?

Most people panic when this happens. They think, “I’m getting worse!”

But the truth is, your body just needs help draining the garbage and keeping the terrain balanced:

Hydration — extra water to flush those acids instead of letting them recirculate.
Detox soaks — Epsom salt, baking soda, and bentonite clay to pull toxins through the skin.
Gentle movement or vibration plate — keeps lymph moving so waste doesn’t stagnate.
Biomagnetism therapy — rebalances the terrain and keeps elimination pathways open.
Natural antimicrobials + frequency therapy — I use oregano oil along with Rife frequencies and biomagnetism to hit pathogens from multiple angles. Together, they disrupt fungal, bacterial, and viral layers while supporting the body’s ability to restore balance.

The Bigger Picture

So if you’ve ever had that bizarre “my toe feels broken but I know it’s not” moment — or a flare that feels random and scary — I want you to remember this:

It’s not random.
It’s not permanent.
It’s your body saying: I’m clearing, keep going.

Healing isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about shifting the entire terrain — layer by layer — until your body is truly free to heal.

Your body wants to heal! It has the wisdom to do it!

Learn About The Hidden Pathogens...

I just shared a new video where I go deeper into the hidden pathogens that drive disease and why clearing them matters if you want real healing instead of endless symptom management.
